Role Description

The Manager, 340B Solutions serves as a key resource and consultant on standards and compliance with the 340B program providing 340B Drug Pricing Program support to all CPS clients. This role involves:

• Serving as an independent consultant and liaison to key stakeholders to ensure appropriate utilization and compliance with 340B Program requirements.
• Assisting the 340B team to review and analyze data for current CPS 340B agreements, consulting engagements, and prospective clients.
• Providing 340B program assistance and training client staff on 340B oversight processes.
• Regularly communicating with all staff involved with the 340B program to ensure efficient processes and address any problems or suggestions for improvement.
• Overseeing 340B Referral Capture services.
• Traveling to and performing work at client sites up to 50% of work time.

Position is fully remote. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with some nights and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of 340B operational work experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to 340B and associated billing practices.
• 340B split billing software experience.
• 340B Third Party Administrative software with varied electronic medical record system experience.
• 340B purchasing activities and analysis experience.
• Able to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) background check.
• Able to travel up to 25% of work time away from home location by air or car.

Requirements

• Oversee and participate in consulting opportunities related to 340B compliance and quality improvement.
• Analyze Data Request List (DRL) elements from clients for compliance with all regulatory aspects of the 340B program.
• Analyze WAC/GPO/340B purchasing to optimize program savings.
• Develop processes for, and assist with implementation and training for 340B self-audits.
• Provide oversight of the 340B Referral Capture services.
• Maintain expertise in pharmacy practice, 340B compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve potential and/or actual 340B compliance and/or quality-related risk events.
• Assist in the provision of educational needs by maintaining complete and current content of resources and tools that promote 340B compliance.
• Maintain proficiency in developing and delivering effective presentations and written materials to various audiences.
• Support ongoing development and execution of company and division-specific strategies.
• Promote a culture of customer satisfaction with internal and external clients.
• Represent CPS in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• Demonstrate the values and behaviors described by the CPS mission statement.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal pharmacy and applicable health care regulations.
• Adhere to requirements of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Adhere to applicable hospital policies and procedures.
• Understand their responsibility under the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
