[Hiring] Maintenance Coordinator @Novo

Role Description

We are looking for an organized Maintenance Coordinator to support a 223-unit apartment portfolio managed by Novo. You will keep maintenance moving by ensuring every work order is assigned, followed up on, and closed out, and that residents stay informed throughout.

• Work order management: Monitor incoming work orders in Yardi, assign them to the right maintenance team member or vendor, and track them through completion.
• Close-out: Confirm work is complete and close out work orders accurately and on time.
• Resident follow-up: Follow up with residents on the status of their requests and confirm their issues were resolved.
• Materials: Order materials and supplies when needed to complete repairs.
• Coordination: Keep the on-site team and management updated on open items, priorities, and delays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a maintenance coordinator.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of open requests at once.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with residents and team members.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm ET.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
