Role Description
The Logistics Manager for Delivery and Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in overseeing the logistical aspects of the organization's operations. This includes:
- Spearheading various operational activities
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Transportation of fleet and equipment
- Managing site setup and decommission
- Ensuring operational excellence
- Managing a team of logistics professionals
The primary focus is on ensuring safety, optimizing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and driving success in the mission of research and delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
- Proficiency in data tracking, process refinement, and report building
- Comfortable working under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and maintain deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 10-50% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
