Role Description

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods across our supply chain. You will coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and keep our operations running on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers on delivery status.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain coordination experience.
• Understanding of import/export regulations and incoterms.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
