Role Description

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for the order management, including entering sales orders, arranging shipments from suppliers, and supporting the wholesale team.

Monitor ETDs for Orders
Support in entering sales orders
Work with sales coordinator to ensure no out-date-orders exist in Cin7
Transfer orders to the warehouse and ensure timely delivery
Obtain PODs for the sales orders
Send invoices and tracking details to wholesale customers for AU/NZ/US
Arrange shipments from suppliers, choosing cost-effective shipping methods (LCL, FCL, Air, Express)
Update the shipment tracker
Daily check all POs and advise Brand Manager or Christian of any delays
Send Marketplace shipping labels to the warehouse on time
Ensure orders are dispatched in the Marketplace on time
Provide customer service regarding logistics
Organize fortnightly shipments to NZ
Support the wholesale team
Perform other ad hoc tasks
Assist and support the team during the sales period (e.g., creating labels for deliveries or returns)

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years relevant experience
Experience working in the fashion industry, retail, and wholesale is advantageous but not required
An energetic personality
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Ability to solve problems independently
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Process driven with strong Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with ERP/Inventory management systems (Cin7 would be ideal but not essential)
Familiarity with inventory movement preferred but not required

Requirements

Job Type: Permanent
Employment Type: Individual Contractor
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEST) (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PH time, inclusive of 1-hour break)
