Role Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey! We’re looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team. This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.

• Assistance for Project Manager
• General administrative duties, including invoicing and various data entry tasks
• Creation of optimal routes and transport load, cost calculation
• Searching for and concluding contracts with carriers (legal entities and persons)
• Accounting of carriers' work, control of payment processing

Qualifications

• Computer literate with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Systematic thinking, analytical mindset
• Predisposition to problem-solving
• Home office (ability to use PC/laptop, Internet connectivity)
