Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented contractor to support our CRM team's global product support and marketing campaigns. This role focuses on:

• Localisation and campaign execution support, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality rollout of CRM campaigns across multiple markets.

This is the role for you if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Coordinate with translation agencies to manage campaign localization requests.
• Define language requirements and ensure translated content meets quality standards.
• Duplicate and adapt English master templates in Braze into localized versions across required languages.
• Implement translated copy accurately and ensure alignment with master templates.
• Streamline campaign workflows to reduce manual tasks for CRM specialists.
• Conduct first-pass quality checks to ensure campaign accuracy before CRM team QA.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and current students are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with localization processes or working with translation agencies.
• Experience with Braze (or other CRM / marketing automation platforms) is a plus.
• Reliable, efficient, and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration.

Requirements

• This role is a part-time contract position, expected to work 15 hours per week on average, approximately 40 hours per month and paid with hourly rate.
