[Hiring] Life Sciences Business Applications Practice Lead @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

The Life Sciences Business Applications Practice Lead will:

• Define and execute strategic vision for the Life Sciences Business Applications Practice
• Build and expand service offerings aligned to industry needs and emerging technologies
• Develop SOWs, proposals, staffing plans, and project estimates
• Oversee delivery of business application programs and managed services engagements
• Manage program risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications
• Build and manage teams of consultants, architects, BAs, PMs, and solution specialists
• Drive annual practice revenue growth targets and manage sales pipeline

Qualifications

• 12+ years in life sciences consulting, technology services, or pharma/biotech organizations
• 7+ years leading business applications or digital transformation initiatives
• 5+ years managing consulting teams and client engagements

• CRM Platforms: Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Align
• Clinical & Regulatory: Veeva Vault Clinical, Veeva Vault RIM, Medidata, CTMS
• Patient Services: Hub Services Platforms, Patient Engagement, Case Management, Specialty Pharmacy Integrations
• Quality & Compliance: Veeva Vault Quality, ComplianceWire, LMS, Document Management
• Data & Analytics: Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Master Data Management

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree (MBA, MS, MPH, PharmD, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated success building and scaling consulting practices
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domains
