Role Description

We are looking for motivated, organized, and service-oriented individuals to assist clients with researching and coordinating personalized vacation experiences. The Remote Leisure Services Coordinator will communicate with clients, identify suitable options, organize reservation details, and provide professional support throughout the planning process. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, researching destinations, and managing multiple details. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided to help you learn planning procedures, reservation systems, client communication, and destination research.

• Communicate with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, and budgets.
• Research resorts, cruises, hotels, vacation packages, transportation, activities, and excursions.
• Compare available options and prepare organized recommendations for client review.
• Explain general amenities, package inclusions, reservation policies, and available services.
• Assist clients with completing reservations and reviewing confirmation details.
• Verify traveler names, dates, and other important information for accuracy.
• Monitor payment deadlines, documentation needs, and reservation requirements.
• Send preparation reminders and relevant destination information.
• Communicate applicable reservation changes or updates promptly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Follow up with clients before and after their vacations.
• Complete required training and participate in continued education.
• Build client relationships through networking, personal marketing, repeat business, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must reside in the United States or Mexico.
• Candidates must have reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail are required.
• Candidates must be able to manage deadlines and follow up consistently.
• Candidates must be comfortable conducting online research and learning new systems.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Candidates must be willing to complete training and follow established procedures.
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or planning experience is helpful but not required.
