Role Description

We are currently seeking Leasing Support Professionals interested in assisting client projects related to tenant communications, leasing coordination, application tracking, and property management support. Opportunities are fully remote and may vary depending on the client and project scope.

• Leasing Inquiry Support: Responding to rental inquiries and providing general information about available properties.
• Application Coordination: Assisting with tracking rental applications and organizing related documentation.
• Tenant Communication Support: Supporting communication with prospective tenants regarding application status, property details, or next steps.
• Scheduling Coordination: Assisting with scheduling property showings, virtual tours, or leasing appointments.
• Listing and Property Updates: Helping update property listings and maintain accurate information across property platforms.
• Document and Record Management: Maintaining organized leasing records, tenant documents, and supporting files within designated systems.
• Property Management Coordination: Supporting administrative tasks related to leasing and tenant onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing support.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Familiarity with tools such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, Zillow, Apartments.com, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
