[Hiring] Lease Administration Assistant @JLL

Role Description

We are looking for a Lease Administration Assistant for our Lease Administration department.

What this job involves:

• Perform a preliminary review of lease documentation
• Communicate potential issues with reviewed lease documents to clients and other stakeholders
• Allocate tasks in the internal team and coordinate the workflow
• Communication with internal stakeholders – sharing updates and reminders
• Assisting the team with ongoing and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Very good English
• Any additional European language would be a plus
• Good MS office skills, especially Excel
• Analytical skills, orientation to detail
• Solution oriented and “can do” attitude
• Good (written and spoken) communication skills
• Availability for 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
