[Hiring] Leadership Coach @Exec

Role Description

Exec is expanding our network of experienced Leadership Coaches. We partner with organizations to support leaders at every level through high-impact, 1:1 coaching. As an Exec Coach, you’ll work directly with professionals across leading companies to help them grow their leadership capabilities, strengthen team performance, and navigate complex challenges. If you’re passionate about helping leaders reach their full potential, we’d love to connect.

• Deliver personalized 1:1 leadership coaching to professionals across a range of industries
• Support clients in developing core leadership capabilities such as communication, conflict management, team effectiveness, and strategic thinking
• Partner with clients to create actionable development plans and monitor progress over time
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure coaching goals remain aligned with client needs
• Use Exec’s platform and tools to manage sessions and deliver a high-quality coaching experience
• Build strong, trusted relationships that help clients drive meaningful professional growth

Qualifications

• Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited program, plus 10+ years of management experience (or an MBA with 20+ years of senior leadership experience)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers, leaders, and high-potential professionals
• Expertise in areas such as leadership development, team performance, communication, goal setting, conflict management, and stress management
• Client testimonials or references that reflect the impact of your coaching work
• Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus
