Role Description

Plan and monitor shop floor operations to ensure tasks are being performed safely.
Lead shop operations in accordance with Best Flow procedures, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure all products and services meet customer demands.
Analyze and resolve work problems and assist workers in solving work problems.
Inventory and Inspect Incoming flow iron components.
Establish or adjust work priorities to meet schedules.
Provide proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area.
Able to mentor less experienced Service technicians as needed.
Interface with customers daily to receive and deliver customer assets, detail local customers’ deadlines, and interpret customer requests.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
Able to conduct daily “toolbox” discussions.
Exhibit anti-defect quality driven mindset.
Perform work activities as necessary.
Perform other duties and activities as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with two to five years related experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak in the English language.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved
