Role Description
Du absolvierst die fachliche Ausbildung in unserem Unternehmen.
- Deine Theoriephasen führst Du 1-2 mal wöchentlich an der Berufsschule in Elmshorn durch.
- Du hilfst bei der Einrichtung und Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Hardware, Virtualisierung, Netzwerke).
- Bei der Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen unterstĂĽtzt Du und betreust die Mitarbeitenden z. B. mittels Service Desk.
- Dazu ĂĽbernimmst Du die Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Systemprojekten sowie Analysen und Behebungen von Fehlern durch den Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen.
Qualifications
- Einen guten Mittleren Schulabschluss, die Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur.
- Technisches Interesse.
- Teamgeist.
- Einsatzbereitschaft.
- Zuverlässigkeit.
- Eine lösungsorientierte und analytische Denkweise.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
