Role Description

We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, outreach, email management, and basic calendar management for a business focused on speaking opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience with organic LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead list building.

• Conduct lead generation focused on speech and speaking opportunities.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect/lead lists based on agreed criteria.
• Perform organic LinkedIn outreach, including researching prospects and sending connection requests/messages.
• Conduct email outreach and manage direct email communication with prospects.
• Assist with basic email management and follow-ups.
• Provide basic calendar management and scheduling support as needed.
• Maintain and organize lead information and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the client to develop and refine lead-generation criteria.
• Assist with organizing leads in GoHighLevel as the process develops.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outreach.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and building professional connections organically.
• Experience with email outreach and prospecting.
• Strong research and list-building skills.
• Good written English and professional communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage outreach activities independently.
• Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel is preferred.
• Comfortable working with flexible hours and adapting to evolving processes.

Requirements

• LinkedIn Premium (Provided) – for organic prospect research and outreach.
• Email – for direct prospect outreach and email management.
• GoHighLevel – basic knowledge required; may be used for lead organization and future campaigns.

Shifts & Hours

• Part-time: Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible schedule.
• Client timezone: Eastern Time (ET), Washington, USA.

Target Start Date

Flexible / As soon as a suitable candidate is identified. The position is not considered highly urgent, but the client would prefer to begin the engagement relatively soon.
