[Hiring] Lead Event Producer @Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL)

Role Description

• Annual calendar planning + JIT opportunity evaluation
• Contract review, budget recommendation, and spend tracking
• Collateral production (Cvent pages, emails, social, signage, booth design)
• Lead capture (iCapture or regional equivalent) and Salesforce hygiene
• Post‑event reporting with KPIs and insights
• Build relationships with organizers for speaking slots and partnerships
• Adopt and share best practices across regions; contribute to BKMs and templates

Qualifications

• Experience in event production (B2B tech or industrial preferred)
• Demonstrated autonomy in remote environments; strong written/verbal skills
• Hands‑on with Cvent, Salesforce, and project tools (Asana, Confluence, Skilljar)
• Budget & contract fluency; vendor negotiation experience
• Language & compliance per region (see below)

Requirements

• English + Spanish (fluent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams (Sales/Finance/HR/ES)
• Track record securing speaking opportunities and partnerships
• Basic analytics and reporting proficiency
