Role Description
The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Strong Business Analysis experience in an Agile environment.
- Gathering requirements and creating use cases and detailed user stories.
- Managing and tracking up to 10 technical user stories simultaneously.
- Understanding technical concepts such as AWS, Java, and software testing.
- Strong Jira experience for backlog grooming, story tracking, and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong technical background.
- Jira experience.
- DMV/local availability.
Requirements
- Healthcare Insurance experience is a big plus.
- Experience with product roadmaps.
Benefits
- 6+ months duration, likely extension/conversion.
- Rate: $60β65/hr W2.
- 1β2 video rounds + F2F onsite if local.
