[Hiring] LATAM Maintenance Coordinator @OurAssistants

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator based in Latin America to support maintenance operations for U.S. based residential properties. This role will coordinate maintenance requests from intake through completion, communicate with residents and vendors, and ensure work orders are properly documented and followed up.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with:

• AppFolio or Buildium
• Property Meld
• Experience supporting Section 8 properties
• Property preservation
• Maintenance diagnostics and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of U.S. property management maintenance coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with AppFolio or Buildium is required.
• Experience using Property Meld is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting Section 8 properties is preferred.
• Experience with property preservation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify common maintenance issues and determine appropriate next steps.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders, residents, and vendors simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Latin America.
• Must have a stable internet connection and remote ready workstation.
