Role Description

We’re hiring a small cohort of Junior Investigation Analysts to review transaction footage and identify potential theft. This is a fully remote, independent role with no meetings or live supervision. The work is repetitive and detail-focused, and success depends on your ability to stay consistent and accurate over time.

• Review video footage of retail transactions
• Identify and flag potential theft using defined guidelines
• Accurately document findings in our system
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused for extended periods
• Comfortable working independently without supervision
• Reliable internet connection and computer

Requirements

• QA / content moderation / data review experience (nice to have)
