Role Description
Zusammen mit 7 weiteren Kolleginnen und Kollegen (inkl. Abteilungsleiter) bist du Teil unseres Teams Competence Center POS & Omnichannel und kümmerst um folgende Aufgaben:
- Kundenberatung und -betreuung sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebes zum Thema POS & Omnichannel in Großprojekten
- Aufsetzen und Einführung von neuen POS Produkten
- Schulung von Kunden und Mitarbeitern zu bestehenden und neuen POS & Omnichannel Lösungen
- Erstellung von Anforderungsbeschreibungen und technischen Dokumentationen für intern und extern
- Steuerung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungen
Qualifications
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Produkt- bzw. Projektmanagement
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und analytisches Denken
- Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft
