[Hiring] Junior Business Analyst/Consultant Senior @Customertimes

Role Description

How you'll make an impact:

• Technical implementation within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud;
• Configuration of standard Salesforce features and Life Sciences Cloud components;
• Creation and customization of data models, objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts;
• Technical documentation of implemented configurations and code;
• Collaboration with the Contractor's project team;
• Participation in technical design discussions and provision of technical recommendations;
• Development of Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and other server-side logic;
• Configuration and setup of workflows, flows, approval processes, and automation;
• Participation in testing and data migration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Business Analyst or in Salesforce development;
• Practical experience with OCE or Life Sciences Cloud implementations or Veeva CRM / Health Cloud;
• Experience in a pharma/healthcare environment;
• Strong expertise in Apex and Salesforce Flows;
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process modeling;
• Practical experience with data migration;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a Product Owner;
• Experience working with manufacturing or complex B2B clients is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
