[Hiring] Junior Affiliate Manager @mrge

Role Description

MaxBounty, a mrge company, is seeking to hire one highly driven individual to manage the accounts of newly approved affiliates. As a Junior Affiliate Manager, your primary role will be to review affiliate applications and effectively introduce new affiliates to the network, setting them up for long-term success. You will receive comprehensive training on the performance marketing industry and serve as the first point of contact at MaxBounty for affiliates. In this role, you will strive to maintain strict compliance while helping grow each account to its fullest potential.

• Onboarding & Vetting: Conduct introductory phone interviews and oversee applications of new affiliates to approve or decline entry into the network.
• Account Growth: Research and analyze marketing campaigns to suggest targeted opportunities to affiliates on a case-by-case basis.
• Affiliate Support: Manage and assist affiliates by promptly answering inquiries and collaboratively solving any issues they encounter.
• Compliance Management: Enforce strict compliance standards, ensuring all affiliates meet both MaxBounty and advertiser guidelines.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in account management, sales, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing is considered an asset.

Requirements

• Strong client acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to take initiative.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with effective time management.
• High proficiency in computer and internet navigation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
