[Hiring] Jira Administrator @ACI Infotech

Role Description

We are looking to adopt Jira / Agile processes to get into the Agile delivery mode. So the basic ask is for someone who:

• Can take the project list we have in ServiceNow and populate them in Jira.
• This would require setting up the project, updating the project with project status information, tasks, owners, tickets, etc. in consultation with the team that is running the project.
• Conduct some basic "how to use Jira" training for the team so that they can start using Jira to continue with the project from that point on.
• Use some simple project to explain the basic agile operational items/terms.

Our project stack in ServiceNow is not complicated. They are comprised of:

• Small requests representing 1-2 weeks of work.
• Medium requests that may take 8-12 weeks.
