Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Assistant to support our organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, and security operations. The role includes:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Assisting with network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
• Managing DNS settings, domain configurations, and network services
• Supporting server setup, maintenance, and monitoring
• Supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) or similar identity management platforms
• Ensuring basic cybersecurity practices and system protection are implemented
• Preparing IT reports and documentation for system status and technical issues
• Conducting basic IT orientation or training for staff when needed

Qualifications

• Experience with IT ticketing tools (such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or similar systems)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) or similar identity management systems
• Experience in network configuration, routers, switches, and firewall management
• Understanding of DNS configuration, domain management, and network services
• Basic knowledge of server administration (Windows Server or Linux)
• Experience with IT troubleshooting, system setup, and maintenance
• Familiar with remote support tools and system monitoring software

Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop or computer with at least 16GB RAM capable of handling IT tools, virtualization, and network management software
• Must be a resident of Olongapo City, Zambales
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits or technical support when needed
