Role Description
We are looking for a talented IT Manager to lead and drive innovation within our Supply Chain Systems team. As we continue to grow, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that support our mission of transforming telecommunications. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) and MM (Materials Management) modules within our organization. - Drive the development and delivery of SAP MM solutions to meet business requirements
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and ongoing support
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Supply Chain modules with enterprise systems like Finance, Ariba, Inventory, HR, Analytics, and Security to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure supply chain processes align with business and operational KPIs while delivering measurable results
- Coordinate the integration of SAP MM modules with other SAP modules and external systems
- Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM modules
- Build consensus and align teams across IT, business, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals
- Lead testing cycles during project delivery, performing root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and external partners
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
- 6 years of SAP MM configuration experience
- 8 years of experience delivering SAP Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay functionalities in an enterprise environment
- Deep understanding of SAP MM, including Master Data, Procurement, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and FIORI apps
- Strong knowledge of SAP testing tools and the ability to handle SAP user exits, batch jobs, and standard reports
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like BigQuery, Looker, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-organizational environments across time zones
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Requirements
- SAP S/4 Hana Cloud Procurement Implementation or any SAP S/4 Hana certification in procurement and supply chain (Bonus Points)
