Role Description

Sie analysieren und erfassen die Anwenderbedürfnisse und legen das Leistungsspektrum gemeinsam mit den Auftraggeber:innen fest. Ihren Fokus richten Sie dabei auf die technische Umsetzung der betrieblichen Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung verknüpfter Funktionen und bestehender Abhängigkeiten zu anderen Programmsystemen.

  • Realisierung kundenspezifischer Anwendungslösungen auf Basis von BMC Remedy
  • Begleitung der Applikationen auch nach Projektende im laufenden Betrieb
  • Planung und Überwachung der Datenschnittstellen
  • Installation und Administration der Applikation
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Programmdokumentationen sowie Benutzer- und Organisationshandbüchern

Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft SQL-Server sowie im IT-Prozessmanagement und ITIL-Framework
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Datenbanken, Analyse- und Reporting-Tools
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Administration von BMC Remedy und Kubernetes oder Docker
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
