[Hiring] Inventory Planning Analyst @Nextjob

Role Description

We are looking for an Inventory Planning Analyst who can work remotely and align with the US time zone. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and regular monitoring and follow-up of production and inventory purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry for Production PO's, Work Orders, Transfer PO’s, Input Transfer PO’s for Transportation Smartsheet
• Daily review of expected to produced vs actual production
• Update Production PO and transfer PO to what is expected
• Update work orders as needed if not expected more
• Monitor and follow up to ensure Production PO’s ship on time
• Follow up to resolve discrepancy from the Production PO to actual production with co-packers. Advise planner if above aligned threshold. Update PO’s as required.
• Ensure what was received by warehouses was what was shipped and on order (monitor emails from warehouses to ensure we got everything we expected)
• Advise planner of miss to determine if need to update Transfer PO to reflect what warehouse received in
• Others Ad Hoc duties

Qualifications

• College/University Degree, preferably Business or Accounting
• Minimum one year experience of data entry with high degree of accuracy
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience with Sage or other accounting systems is an asset

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Sri Lanka time)
• Salary: Up to LKR 120,000 – LKR 150,000 net (take-home) per month
