Role Description

Interpreters interpret verbal communication from one language to another, acting as mediums where language barriers exist. They are expected to manage calls from different industries including, but not limited to:

• Education industry
• Health care industry
• Insurance industry
• Banking industry
• Other industries

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acting as Interpreter between a wide range of people with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos, and personalities.
• Providing parties with clear and exact translations of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication.
• Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations, and other forms of verbal communication.
• Completion of daily activity logs and other documentation.
• Complying with applicable ethics and standards.

Requirements

• Internet: Need to have a Cable-Modem or Fiber Optic WIFI (NO Broadband or Mobile Data).
• Laptop/Macbook/Chromebook with Webcam/Camera [use your own device] for online assessment, training, and operation purposes:
• Windows: Windows 11 version 23H2
