[Hiring] Intern, Benefits Project Manager @Sephora

Role Description

As the Benefits Project Management Intern, you will support the Total Rewards team across key initiatives while applying a process-improvement lens. You will gain hands-on experience identifying inefficiencies, developing practical solutions, and helping optimize day-to-day processes. This role reports to the Benefits Communications and Project Manager.

• Support the Benefits Communications and Project Manager during key project milestones, including intake, kickoff, and weekly project meetings.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify process-improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
• Assist in developing project management and optimization tools, with a focus on AI and automation.
• Build proficiency in web-based collaboration tools, including SharePoint, to help streamline HR project and team assets.
• Create standard operating procedures and other documentation that support change management and sustained adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using collaborative tools such as Box, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.
• Experience using and maintaining AI-driven tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on organization and accuracy.
• Enthusiasm for process improvement and proposing creative solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across virtual meetings, email, and business chat.

Requirements

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (undergraduate or graduate degree).
• Work schedule must align with 9-5PM, Pacific Standard Time.
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.
• Available from June 14 - August 20, 2027.

Benefits

• The target hourly pay for this position is $27.00 - $27.00.
• The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, which may include the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
