Role Description

The role of the Innovation Blockchain Manager is to define, manage, and analyze blockchain and digital asset growth opportunities to deliver against strategic growth priorities in the lines of business. This includes effectively educating firm team members and leaders on blockchain and digital asset concepts and strategies.

• Act as an internal business consultant to identify business issues and opportunities related to blockchain and digital assets.
• Translate needs into effective, objectives-driven solutions for clients.
• Research, design, and develop blockchain technology applications for clients and teams.
• Engage in external promotion of blockchain and customer presentations.
• Drive deployment and testing of new blockchain applications, evaluate performance, and detect anomalies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 7 years of related work experience

Requirements

• Able to define client information needs
• Can identify and translate client needs into business objectives with minimal supervision
• Can recommend alternative blockchain and digital asset solutions and data resources
• Writes effective proposals with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects
• Deep knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrencies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SPSS or equivalent
• Understanding of technology and tools such as blockchain, data analytics, machine learning, A.I., and RPA
• Work experience in blockchain and digital technologies in the area of financial services (preferred)
• Familiarity with professional services and/or financial services industries (preferred)

Experience

• A minimum of seven years of experience in emerging technology consulting
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and project-management skills
• Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative marketing research methods
• Ability to work with executive level audiences to identify and translate business issues into effective solutions
• Strong consulting and communications skills
• Work experience in blockchain and digital technologies in the area of financial services (preferred)
