[Hiring] Information Technologist Specialist @Dine Development Corporation

Job Summary:

The Information Technologist Specialist will support the ARNG-HRR-S-TDS contract which provides comprehensive training, hardware, software, web-based application support, and data analysis services. These services are centered on the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS) and other related ARNG G-1 systems and applications. The contract plays a critical role in supporting accessioning and personnel activities across all 54 States and Territories by ensuring standardized processes and stability in operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support hardware, software, imaging, re-imaging, troubleshooting physical equipment (computers, peripherals, printers, projectors, other equipment)
• Load computers with any and all ARNG-Approved images, and other approved software
• Service Now Ticketing System help desk support
• Early User Testing (EUT), Pilot Testing, and functionality checks of new systems and applications
• Attend IT-related meetings at National Guard, Human Resources Command, State, and local levels
• Build, manage, and update personnel information systems and databases as needed
• Perform user account maintenance, management and cyber security checks as required
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, systems, applications using “web-based remote” systems
• Overall IT Security management/maintenance across a diversity of systems Guard-wide
• Manage and maintain records containing Personal Identifiable Information (PII) IAW Army Regulations
• Support Training Technologists in local and mobile classroom training environments
• Review and present various security, vulnerability, and system operating status reports- daily, weekly, monthly
• Assist government with roll-out of new systems and applications
• Assist government with purchase and “lifecycle” processes for equipment 

Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• DoD Secret Clearance (Tier III)
• CompTIA Security+ (CE) certification 
• One Additional CE qualification such Microsoft MD 100 or similar
• Successfully complete National Guard’s Automation Course

Preferred:

3+ Years of demonstrated experience as ISS/Automation SME for ARNG or Army Recruiting and Retention Forces
