[Hiring] Information Processing Clerk @McKee-Nix & Associates, Inc

Role Description

The individual in this role will be responsible for a variety of important functions relating to the processing of information and data.

• Sort and organize data, while tracking progress of various tasks and transactions
• Enter and update data in the company’s information system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all entered information
• Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
• Collaborate with other departments to collect and distribute information as needed
• Conduct audits and quality checks on entered data to confirm accuracy
• Maintain and update files and databases, ensuring that they are organized according to the company’s system
• Assist the team in compiling reports based on data analysis

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree, particularly in a related field such as business or information technology, is preferred
• At least one year’s experience in a similar, data-oriented role
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in entering and checking data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality outcomes
