Role Description

As an Industry Advisor – Healthcare, you will help leading healthcare and life sciences organizations turn contracts into measurable business results using Icertis Contract Intelligence and AI. This is a hands-on advisory role where you will:

• Advise executives on strategic deals by partnering with Sales and Solution Advisory to lead executive discovery, workshops, and presentations.
• Build the Healthcare playbook, creating reusable value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories, and executive conversation guides.
• Lead the industry conversation by developing points of view on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technology.
• Build executive communities by creating and leading roundtables, customer advisory boards, and industry councils.
• Shape the product by bringing customer and market insight to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Work AI-first by using AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare or life sciences, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare or life sciences business processes, operating models, regulation, and market dynamics.
• Experience advising senior leaders such as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, CPOs, Chief Compliance Officers, CFOs, and COOs.
• A track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value.
• Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and the business processes around contracting.
• Practical, current use of AI in your day-to-day work.
• Comfort learning and demonstrating enterprise software, plus strong consultative selling, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• A bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Experience with CLM, legal tech, procurement tech, or ERP transformation.
• Building ROI models and value frameworks.
• Working with global system integrators, analysts, and industry associations.
• An advanced degree or relevant professional qualification.
