[Hiring] Industrial Engineer @Martin Brower

Role Description

This position is fully remote with approximately 90% travel required.

• Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States.
• Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity.
• Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS).
• Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations.
• Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration. Ability to translate operational requirements into WMS config/solutions.
• Up to 90% travel is required.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience.
