Role Description

This independent, remote pathway is designed for experienced professionals who want greater flexibility, autonomy, and a different long-term professional direction. This is a self-employed/independent setup, not a salaried position. You will build your own professional activity while working within an established framework. You are independent in how you develop and organise your activity — but you are not starting from zero. Proven systems, training, mentorship, and practical guidance developed over 20+ years are already in place. You learn the framework and then apply it in a way that fits your strengths, experience, and working style.

• Hold focused phone and video conversations with interested individuals
• Build professional relationships and support client engagement
• Create and publish simple online content
• Learn and apply digital marketing and lead-generation strategies
• Use established systems and follow-up processes
• Participate in weekly professional development calls
• Engage in ongoing leadership and personal development

No cold calling or cold outreach is involved.

Qualifications

• Experienced professionals, not students or entry-level applicants
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Open-minded, reliable, and willing to learn
• Able to dedicate approximately 10–15 hours per week consistently
• Interested in personal and professional growth
• Willing to apply proven processes while developing their own approach
