Role Description

The Business Product Analyst supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business products within a healthcare revenue cycle management organization. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring product functionality aligns with business needs and client requirements by analyzing data and identifying gaps.
• Assisting in implementing solutions and contributing to product improvements and operational efficiency.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for product enhancements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement product changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conducting testing and validation of product features to confirm accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Documenting product workflows, processes, and updates to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.
• Supporting issue resolution by investigating root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Assisting in preparing product-related communication and training materials for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in documenting workflows and processes.
