[Hiring] Implementation Specialist II @Deluxe

Role Description

As an Implementation Specialist II, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Deluxe-proposed solutions and configurations on projects as assigned while meeting the client billability levels and billing rates as established for this position. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and internal management as required.
• Implementing up to five small projects (every 100 hours or less) simultaneously as well as upgrades up to 1000 hours.
• Assisting on larger, more complex projects that require more than one resource.
• Working with the project team to prepare customer or internal systems by customizing base software applications and entering customer-specific data according to the CRD and other project documentation.
• Testing systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to ensure a quality product.
• Documenting defects and resolution approaches.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues.
• Documenting, communicating status, and helping escalate issues internally.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and windows-based operating systems/networks.
• Experience implementing or supporting software solutions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years in banking and/or payment processing is preferred.
• Treasury Management.
• ECM Workflow.
• OnBase Implementation/Workflow experience.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and take into account internal equity.
