Role Description
This role involves supporting client engagements and implementing IAM solutions that best fit our clients’ needs.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and configure solutions to best fit those needs
- Develop/Configure and Implement IAM Solutions Sets – initially this will predominantly be Micro Focus (NetIQ/OpenText) but could include SailPoint/Ping Identity/CyberArk/BeyondTrust
- Perform QA over controls and configuration reviews involving integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Support with advising clients on controls relating to regulatory or legislative compliance, e.g., SOX; GDPR; PSD2 etc.
- Review and advise on security design and remediation projects
- Work with the IAM team to develop internal tools, innovative new propositions and on R&D projects
- Assisting with thought leadership activities, where appropriate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work experience as IAM consultant/Engineer
- Background in both delivering and working with IAM vendors
- 5+ years in delivering Micro Focus (NetIQ/OpenText) technologies
- Education in Business, IT, IT security or related field
Requirements
- Understanding the driver installation and configuration, policy configuration
- Experience on workflow creation and modification based on client requirement
- Experience on Linux platform and their commands
- Ability to work with a client and technical team to deliver an IAM solution across all aspects of the SDLC (Analyse, Design, Develop/Configure, Test, Deploy, Document)
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, and their application to IAM, e.g. SOx, ISO27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, PSD2, etc.
- Understanding of NetIQ components installation and upgrade process
- Project management/delivery experience
- Understanding of business processes and how they contribute to enterprise risks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
