[Hiring] HubSpot Implementation Specialist @RevPartners

Role Description

We are actively seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Delivery Team! If you love HubSpot and customer-facing roles, this could be a fit for you! You will own the end-to-end execution of Fast Track HubSpot implementations, delivering consistent, high-quality RevOps foundations while contributing feedback that evolves and improves our Fast Track product!

What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

• Implementation:
  • Deliver HubSpot Fast Track implementations using proven templates and best practices.
  • Configure core HubSpot components including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reports.
  • Own delivery quality and timelines for assigned clients.
  • Communicate Fast Track scope clearly and manage out-of-scope requests with confidence.
• Improve:
  • Identify recurring patterns and insights to improve Fast Track templates and processes.
  • Provide structured feedback to evolve and strengthen the Fast Track product.
• Collaborate:
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and PX to ensure smooth delivery transitions.
  • Flag when client needs exceed Fast Track and support escalation to more tailored solutions.
• Communication & Documentation:
  • Communicate the RP Way and maintain clear documentation for builds and client handovers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in implementation and/or project management.
• 1 year experience using HubSpot.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Requirements

• Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
• Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays.
• Take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution.
• Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.
