Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot CRM Implementation Assistant to work closely with one of our founders on a full-time, short-term contract. Your role will be to execute tasks inside HubSpot to bring our CRM vision to life:

• Building sales pipelines, automations, workflows, integrations, and reports.
• Focusing on CRM, sales operations, customer service, and account management workflows.
• Executing tasks quickly and correctly inside HubSpot.

This is a 1-month full-time contract with the possibility of extension up to 3 months. We need someone who can start immediately and commit fully to UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM.
• Proven track record of setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM for sales teams and operations workflows.
• Comfortable with custom properties, lead routing, sequences, deal pipelines, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ability to handle integrations using Zapier, HubSpot-native connections, and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly under time pressure.
• A self-starter who can follow clear direction and deliver results efficiently.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with a UK-based leadership team.

Requirements

• Must be available full-time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time) for a minimum of 1 month starting immediately.
