Role Description
We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator to optimize and manage our HubSpot platform, driving efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer service. In this newly created role, you will enhance workflows, ensure data integrity, and implement automation to support business growth.
- Design and manage automations for onboarding, email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and customer support.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through clean-up, segmentation, and deduplication.
- Improve database views, card layouts, inboxes, and user experience.
- Maintain knowledge bases and customer portals.
- Develop real-time reports and dashboards for key metrics.
- Align sales, marketing, and customer experience teams through automation and reporting.
- Manage user roles, onboard new users, and maintain system integrations.
- Innovate and iterate on CRM processes to enhance efficiency.
- Work with internal teams to optimize HubSpot usage.
- Maintain documentation and train team members on best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the HubSpot environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role, ideally supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub) preferred.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Ability to train and support teams with technical concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
