Role Description

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our remote Inventory HUB Planner position for our branch operations group, located in Ocala, FL. The Inventory Hub Planner manages the daily activity of Inventory Planning for all branch and HUB locations. This includes:

• Ensuring accurate allocations of products
• Forecasting for product needed
• Reconciling daily production orders
• Contacting customers
• Reporting
• Routing of truck services
• Active communications

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years materials management, supply chain, or inventory planning experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business or equivalent experience required

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Inquisitive nature and a passion for data integrity
• Identify and analyze relationships contained within very large quantities of data
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office programs
• Access or relational database knowledge
• Supply Chain Management experience
• Business analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to define, analyze, research, resolve, and communicate problems
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritize tasks, in a fast-paced environment
