Role Description
This role involves establishing and expanding business relationships with internal customers, working closely with their leadership teams to align consulting projects with strategic business and transformation goals.
- Independently drive the acquisition of new customer projects by identifying existing optimization potentials.
- Lead global initiatives and projects for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and productivity increases across various business areas.
- Ensure the achievement of project objectives for complex consulting assignments by managing project budgets, resources, and milestones.
- Conduct value stream analyses, process analyses, and root cause analyses to solve problems.
- Support customers in designing and implementing necessary optimization measures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years working experience, ideally in different industries.
- 5+ years of consulting and leadership experience in the process consulting environment, either in an external or internal consulting role.
- Extensive experience in the implementation of improvement projects in Supply Chain Management, as well as in service and sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and proficiency in using reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- In-depth expertise in performance improvement from the Lean Management field, such as Kaizen, 5S, and structured problem-solving.
