Role Description

RJP Entertainment are recruiting for Hotel Entertainers, Presenters, Kids Entertainers, Sports Hosts, and DJs. We are on the search for a confident, approachable, punctual person to join and lead our hotel entertainment teams.

We are on the lookout for unique and talented all-round entertainers to work within our large team, famous for delivering an exciting and dynamic mix of both daytime and evening entertainment in sunny Spain.

• Present daily events, water tournaments, and game shows.
• Give our guests a holiday like no other - RJP style!

As a Squad Leader for Hotel Entertainment, you would be required to:

• Make quick decisions to ensure guests are enjoying themselves.
• Ensure activities and events planned during the day and night happen at the right time and are executed well for the guest's enjoyment.
• Be a role model for your team, ensuring they can approach and trust you.

Qualifications

• Experience in the entertainment industry for at least one season.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of general hotel entertainment plans.
• Ability to manage a team under a fast-paced audience.
• Punctuality.
