Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated HMO Biller to join our team in a full-time remote position. No prior HMO billing experience is required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Support the HMO billing process.
• Maintain accurate billing records.
• Work within billing and CRM systems.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Process and maintain HMO billing information accurately.
• Enter and update billing information in the relevant billing system.
• Review billing records for accuracy and completeness.
• Use the CRM system to maintain accurate client and billing information.
• Assist with tracking outstanding billing items and follow up where required.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and records.
• Follow established billing procedures and workflows.
• Communicate professionally with internal team members regarding billing matters.
• Learn and adapt to new billing systems, software, and processes.
• Meet required deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
