Role Description

As an Independent Contractor, you will provide individual coaching services in accordance with the Healthy Gamer Coaching Standards and HG Institute Curriculum.

• Provide client-centered coaching to individuals seeking support with:
• Life purpose
• Motivation
• Confidence
• Self-esteem
• Emotional wellness
• Stress and burnout
• Interpersonal relationships
• Deliver coaching services according to your self-determined schedule.
• Provide appropriate documentation for coaching services.
• Set and manage your own schedule, including client reschedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Coaching Certification through an accredited certifying body (e.g., ICF, NBHWC).
• Experience providing mental health coaching and/or life coaching.
• Dependable and recognize professional and ethical responsibilities to clients.
• Present and engaged listener, committed to meeting clients where they are.
• Calm and cool in any situation, maintaining professionalism with various clients.
• Respectful, kind, open-minded, and values differences among individuals.
• Organized, with effective follow-through and documentation skills.
• Incredible communicator in both written and verbal forms.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate online communication.
• Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
