Role Description

GDIT's Federal Health Division is hiring a Healthcare Partner Relations Liaison to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). You will manage the relationship between a portfolio of Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) members (Partner) and the Trusted Third Party (TTP). This is a second shift ending at 8pm Eastern time. You will be part of a 50 person team supporting the TTP, established in 2012 to reduce fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains regular, consistent contact with all HFPP Partners
• Ensures assigned Partners are aware of and taking advantage of all the benefits of HFPP membership
• Captures Partner feedback and communicates it to the TTP and HFPP leadership
• Engages Partners in conversations about HFPP analytics
• Assists in day-to-day onboarding activities for partners completing data sharing agreements and onboarding data to TTP Data Warehouse
• Supports HFPP and non-HFPP events

Qualifications

• BA/BS in health care field, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare investigation
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to management level staff
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
