Role Description

The Head of Process Intelligence is responsible for establishing and leading the organization’s enterprise process intelligence capability, leveraging SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, process mining, business process analytics, and enterprise data to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and transformation. This role combines process management, data analytics, process mining, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and business transformation to provide fact-based visibility into how business processes actually operate.

The Head of Process Intelligence will establish a Process Excellence Center of Excellence and will partner closely with business process owners, IT, data and analytics teams, and executive leadership to identify performance gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and translate process insights into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Business
• 8–12+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, analytics, consulting, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise business processes
• Demonstrated experience with process mining or advanced process analytics
• Experience working with complex ERP environments
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation or process-improvement initiatives
