Role Description

Help shape the future of IT delivery at Convatec, a global medical technology company focused on improving outcomes for people living with chronic conditions. In this global leadership role, you will drive delivery excellence, strengthen performance management and accelerate automation across our business application landscape. Bringing together people, processes and technology, you will turn insights into action and apply workflow automation, analytics and AI to improve service quality, reliability and efficiency across SAP and non-SAP applications. You will establish consistent governance, KPIs and dashboards; identify performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities; and support the stabilization and transformation of business-critical application services. Working closely with IT leaders, delivery teams, business partners and strategic vendors, you will translate complex challenges into practical recommendations and measurable improvements. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, project delivery or application operations, with a focus on industrialized service delivery.
• Proven experience in global IT service delivery and application operations across SAP and non-SAP environments.
• A strong consulting background, with the ability to assess complex challenges, develop practical recommendations and translate strategy into measurable results.
• Experience identifying and implementing workflow automation, analytics and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ability to establish meaningful KPIs, dashboards and actionable insights that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• A track record of standardising processes, strengthening governance and stabilising business-critical application services.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience aligning senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and strategic delivery partners.
• Ability to build engagement, challenge established ways of working and embed sustainable improvements across a global organisation.
• Experience in medical technology, life sciences or another regulated industry is highly desirable, with an understanding of quality and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• ITIL 4, PRINCE2 or SAFe CSP certification is a plus.
• Position may involve travel up to 10% of the time, mostly within Europe, Asia Pacific, and Americas. Most trips will include overnight travel.
• Remote working, with flexibility to travel when required by business needs.
