As a member of the clinical leadership team and reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Head of Assessment Services will be responsible for our assessment services across Autism, ADHD, Core Needs and private services through Melios. You will ensure our clinical teams feel valued whilst delivering internal and external performance targets. Being a trusted leader of the team sharing your knowledge and expertise with the respect of your peers and wider colleagues will be essential to be successful in this post.
This post is about ensuring the ND reams are aligned to our company purpose and deliver against organisational and strategic objectives. You will be accountable for further embedding high quality clinical practice across the service ensuring we deliver safe and timely assessments aligned to commissioning, regulatory and operational demands. To be part of this team and successful in post, you must be self reflective, driven to deliver and have a desire to improve our services, our people and yourself.
You will work closely and have managerial responsibility for the wider Clinical management and clinical teams, and through your ability to direct, influence, and work through others, you will achieve the results we have in the short and medium term. Developing your own team, as well as your attention to detail in developing/monitoring systems and processes that get us to the outputs/outcomes required, is therefore essential to be successful.
You must be able to effectively communicate and hold others to account while working with and influencing them.
You will manage relationships with specific departments within Healios and Melios and be responsible for the following:
